The distance to travel up to Lillehammer in Norway means that the IBSF often try and squeeze all of the races there into a short period of time. As such the team had 6 races in 7 days. Starting off with three 2-man races and one 4-man race before a day off. The results were 14th, 15th, DNS, and 14th again before the break, then 14th and 10th.
The biggest issue for the team has been the start. This brand-new team is still getting used to the intricacies of pushing a bobsleigh and working together as a unit. However the start times consistently improved, and a big final effort is what led to the outstanding result at the end. A proof of concept that as the start times continue to fall, the finishing rank will continue to improve as well.
